Wanted to try out the mickey cookie cutter, so decided to bake cookies this week. Not easy to press out the face only managed to get a few mickeys hehe.

Walnut Brownie

Bake of the week Walnut Brownie top with almonds. Very rich n sinful.

Durian SwissRoll

This is a special order, overflowing with durian mousse. Had to double wrap the roll during transportation incase get chase of the bus heehee. Due to my laziness, baked the cake in the morning, not enough time for the mousse to harden thus  the UGLY looking picture :p
