This is my first attempt at baking mooncake. made Cheese skin with white lotus filling. kept forgetting to flour the mold n the skin got stuck. these are the few prettier ones

It has been more than a year since my last post. was to lazy to logon. In June my cousin asked if i was interested to bake for a Charity event all proceeds will go to the children's home. So i said yes..the easiest was to bake muffins n brownies.

Blueberry Cheese Tart

Went Popular n got a recipe book on tarts, so Jul will be a Tart month. Elfie loves egg so m sure will love tarts. Elfieeee are you drooling??? hehehe

Elfie loves to eat eggs, so decided to bake her egg tarts.

Had left over pastry so decided to bake some cheese tarts, using the cheese filling from the durian cheesecake.
